This is about

YOU.

This is about remembering who you truly are. It’s about really, truly relaxing and letting go. It’s about celebrating life. It’s about connecting deeply, with yourself and with other heart-centered women.

Immersed in the slow drip of summer, on a 67-acre private ranch among the Siskiyou Mountains, in sunny southern Oregon.

This is about remembering the joy of being in your body.

Meet your host

Jen Thomas

Jen is passionate about the journey of life.

Her own journey has taken her places that she couldn’t have imagined. From studying the mind at Northwestern University, to being a homesteading stay-at-home mom, to owning a thriving strength & conditioning gym for a decade, she’s defintely learned to “never say never”.

These days, she is passionate about reconnecting people with their bodies and the pure joy of living. From the roots of her own transformational journey, healing multiple physical ailments and the chronic symptoms of cPTSD, she has emerged into a field of practice that aims to help people do what she did- come back home to themselves.

Merging her practice as a certified somatic breathwork practioner, her certificate of 500-hr teaching expertise in yoga, her deep knowledge of the body and the mind, and the long forgotten magic of play, she is devoted to helping us all remember who we truly are.

She loves to dance anywhere, is passionate & connected in her love of growing her family’s food, and feels most at home among the trees or in the ocean. She’s honest, highly intuitive, incredibly compassionate, a tad untamable, and her enthusiasm is easy to love. As a mother, she finds a deep commitment to the work she does in service to the generations who follow in our footsteps.

Jen lives on the Oregon Coast with her husband, two teenagers, two dogs, a cat, a mini mule named Mae Mae, a steer named Bubba, and a flock of laying hens.

Meet your support

Anna Caufmann

Movement has been a driving life force for Anna since she was young, in both a medicinal & playful way.

After years of toxic relationships, she dove deep into the practice of breathwork, spirituality & yoga. The more time she dedicated to breathwork, she witnessed years of suppressed feelings being moved through her body & she became hooked. Ditching anti-anxiety prescriptions for daily breathwork opened up a portal to freedom she’d never experienced in so many ways.

She followed this exploration with Wim Hof & Somatic Breathwork certifications & continues playing with somatic movement on a daily basis. She hopes to ignite courage in your soul to look within & heal your wounds.

She is an avid student of life & believes the breath is our greatest teacher if only we have the courage to sit with & listen to what’s beneath it.

Anna lives outside of Scottsdale, AZ with her long time boyfriend and their two pups, Jagger and Gunter .
